01 · Springfield, Missouri
Springfield
Missouri’s third-largest city and the hub of the Ozarks. Neighborhoods run from the historic streets around Rountree and Phelps Grove to new construction on the south and east sides. A good fit if you want shorter commutes, walkable pockets, and the widest range of price points in the metro.
02 · Nixa, Missouri
Nixa
About fifteen minutes south of Springfield. Popular with families for the school district, with a mix of established subdivisions and newer builds. You will usually get more square footage for the money than central Springfield, with a short drive in.


03 · Ozark, Missouri
Ozark
Just south of Nixa on Highway 65, with a real downtown square and quick access toward Branson and Table Rock. A solid middle ground between space and convenience.
04 · Republic, Missouri
Republic
Southwest of Springfield and one of the faster-growing towns in the metro. Newer subdivisions, newer schools, and still a strong value per square foot.


05 · Willard, Missouri
Willard
Northwest of Springfield. Quieter and close-knit, with an easy commute to the north and west sides of town. Lots and yards tend to run larger here.
06 · Rogersville, Missouri
Rogersville
East on Highway 60. More land, more space, and a straightforward drive into Springfield. A good option if acreage matters to you.


07 · Fair Grove, Missouri
Fair Grove
North on Highway 65, with a genuine downtown square and a rural feel. Popular with buyers who want land without a long drive to town.
08 · Marshfield, Missouri
Marshfield
About twenty-five minutes east on I-44. Acreage, a slower pace, and some of the most approachable price points in the area.


09 · Strafford, Missouri
Strafford
Right off I-44 between Springfield and Marshfield. Room to spread out while staying close to everything in town.
